Жанрова дифузія як чинник оповідної структури роману Донни Тартт «Маленький друг»

Abstract

У статті розглядається наративна стратегія трилера в романі Донни Тартт «Маленький друг» та з'ясовується специфіка художнього моделювання тексту з урахуванням наративних особливостей трилера. В результаті дослідження проблеми нарації в романі Донни Тартт було помічено, що авторка моделює історію в манері жанру трилера, виводячи кульмінаційний компонент сюжету в кінці твору, тим самим виробляючи наративний прийом жаху, напруги та надзвичайних текстових експериментів. Зазначається, що зовнішні та внутрішні художні деталі надають опису старого зруйнованого будинку рис інфернальності, що підкреслює елемент містики та жаху в організації нарації. Накопичення в градаційному порядку навіювання страху відбувається в дусі трилера: нюхові деталі затхлих запахів, густе, важке повітря, що ускладнює дихання, слабке світло, що пробивається крізь значну перешкоду, пил як свідок давнини та занедбаності, труп тварини як загроза смерті, драбина, поїдена корозією, як доказ небезпеки та хиткості становища. The article examines the narrative strategy of the thriller in Donna Tartt's novel «The Little Friend», and finds out the specifics of the artistic modeling of the text with the narrative features of the thriller. As a result of the study of the problem of narration in the novel by Donna Tartt, it was noticed that the author models the story in the manner of the thriller genre, deriving the culminating component of the plot at the end of the work, thereby producing a narrative technique of horror, tension and extraordinary textual experiments. It is noted that the exterior and interior artistic details give the description of the old destroyed house features of infernality, which emphasizes the element of mysticism and horror in the narrative organization. Accumulation in a gradational order of the suggestion of fear takes place in the spirit of a thriller: olfactory details of musty smells, thick, heavy air that makes breathing difficult, little light breaking through a significant obstacle, dust as a witness of antiquity and neglect, an animal corpse as a threat of death, a ladder, a eaten by corrosion, as evidence of the danger and shakiness of the position.
