Конституційний Суд - єдиний орган конституційної юрисдикції в Україні

Abstract

У статті розкрито значення Конституційного Суду України, який є одним з найважливіших інститутів правової держави, формування якої проголошує Основний Закон країни. Його рішення і висновки сприяють ефективному правовому захисту Конституції незалежної України, вдосконаленню правових механізмів реалізації та гарантування основних конституційних прав і свобод людини і громадянина, упередженню і вирішенню конституційних конфліктів у державі, формуванню позитивного політичного іміджу України як правової держави. Діяльність Конституційного Суду ґрунтується на принципах верховенства права, незалежності, колегіальності, рівноправності суддів, гласності, повноти і всебічності розгляду справ та обґрунтованості прийнятих ним рішень. The article reveals the significance of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, which is one of the most important institutions of the rule of law, the formation of which is proclaimed by the Basic Law of the country. His decisions and conclusions contribute to the effective legal protection of the Constitution of independent Ukraine, improvement of legal mechanisms for the implementation and guarantee of the basic constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen, the prevention and resolution of constitutional conflicts in the state, the formation of a positive political image of Ukraine as a rule of law. The activity of the Constitutional Court is based on the principles of rule of law, independence, collegiality, equality of judges, transparency, completeness and comprehensiveness of consideration of cases and the validity of decisions taken by it
