Сучасні підходи до методики викладання трудового навчання та технологій в освітніх закладах та закладах позашкільної освіти

Abstract

У статті аналізуються сучасні підходи до методики викладання трудового навчання та технологій у закладах загальної середньої та позашкільної освіти. Визначено важливість інтеграції новітніх освітніх концепцій і технологій у процес навчання, зокрема STEM підходів, які сприяють розвитку критичного мислення, креативності та практичних навичок у учнів. Окрім того, розглянуто роль проектної діяльності, що сприяє формуванню навичок розв’язання реальних виробничих завдань як ефективного інструменту для забезпечення глибокого засвоєння знань і навичок. Висвітлено аспекти впровадження цифрових технологій у навчальному процесі, що дозволяє модернізувати методи викладання та підвищити рівень залучення учнів до навчання. Особливу увагу приділено впровадженню проєктного та дослідницького навчання, а також ролі позашкільної освіти у формуванні технологічних компетентностей, творчого та критичного мислення учнів. Звертається увагу на розвиток позашкільної освіти, де інтерактивні методи, гурткова діяльність та нестандартні підходи до навчання можуть значно покращити навички учнів у сфері трудового навчання та технологій. Автор зосереджує увагу на впровадження інноваційних підходів під час викладання методики трудового навчання та технологій, враховуючи сучасні тенденції в освіті та потреби ринку праці, а також на роль методичних нововведень у підготовці кваліфікованих кадрів для сучасного освітнього простору. The article analyzes modern approaches to the methodology of teaching labor education and technologies in general secondary and extracurricular education institutions. The importance of integrating the latest educational concepts and technological advancements into the learning process is highlighted, particularly through STEM approaches, which foster the development of critical thinking, creativity, and practical skills in students. The article also examines the role of project-based activities in the learning process, emphasizing their effectiveness in equipping students with problem-solving skills necessary for real-world production tasks. Project-based learning is presented as an essential tool for ensuring deep knowledge acquisition and the development of hands-on competencies. The paper further explores the implementation of digital technologies in education, which facilitates the modernization of teaching methods and significantly enhances student engagement. The integration of digital tools, including cloud services, 3D modeling, and robotics, expands the possibilities for interactive learning and encourages students to apply technological solutions to practical problems. Moreover, the role of research-based learning and inquiry-driven approaches is analyzed, emphasizing their impact on students' independent thinking, creativity, and technological literacy. Special attention is given to extracurricular education as a complementary component of technological learning. The study highlights how interactive methods, club-based activities, and unconventional teaching approaches can significantly enhance students' skills in labor education and technology. Extracurricular education is recognized as an effective means of deepening students’ practical experience and fostering their motivation for innovation and creative problem-solving. The collaboration between general secondary schools and extracurricular institutions is considered an essential aspect of creating an integrated educational environment that supports continuous skill development and interdisciplinary learning.
