However, in recent years this topic has become especially relevant due to the strengthening of old factors and the emergence of new ones: this includes the acceleration of the pace of life, a significant increase in the intensity of mental work, an explosion of information, urbanization, aggravated environmental problems, an increase in the number of natural disasters, etc.
