Abstract: | In the first decades of the XXI century, self-improvement acquires a personality-oriented context, which adjusts it to the very process of self-improvement of future vocal teachers in the process of creating a creative design of their own perfect image. Self-improvement is an activity that relies on one's own desire to build an image of a perfect specialist, a vocal teacher, to identify an individual trajectory of its achievement and to reflect on the results obtained.
