A man as a beneficiary of local self-government: ontological, axiological and praxeological approaches to the determination of functional-status paradigms and continuum

Abstract

The article examines the legal status of a person as a beneficiary of local self-government through ontological, axiological and praxeological approaches to the definition of functional-status paradigms and continuums of his existence and functioning in local society. It is stated that the result of this status is the formation of the appropriate procedural chain "a person – the phenomena of his everyday life – municipal-legal reality – municipal-legal patterns – municipal-legal paradigms – municipal-legal continuums". статті досліджується правовий статус людини як бенефіціара місцевого самоврядування через онтологічні, аксіологічні та праксеологічні підходи до визначення функціонально-статусних парадигм і континуумів її існування і функціонування в локальному соціумі. Констатується, що результатом такого статусу виступає формування відповідного процесуального ланцюжка «людина – явища її повсякденного життя – муніципально-правова реальність – муніципально-правові патерни – муніципально-правові парадигми – муніципально-правові континууми».
