Psychophysiological aspects of professional selection in the field of jurisdiction

Abstract

Nowadays, an ever-expanding range of professional activities, carried out in special, sometimes extreme conditions and is accompanied by symptoms of occupational stress, an increased risk of emotional burnout and professional and personal strain. This determines the relevance of research aimed at increasing the efficiency of professional selection of professionals, whose activities are accompanied by a high level of mental and physical activity, harmful and dangerous conditions of work. Нині постійно розширюється спектр професійної діяльності, що здійснюється в особливих, часом екстремальних умовах і супроводжується симптомами професійного стресу, підвищеним ризиком емоційного вигорання та професійним та особистим перенапруженням.
