Саме мова, будучи одним з основних елементів культурного життя, характеризує етнічну приналежність носіїв культури і, тим самим, стає важливим чинником етнонаціонального розвитку. Understanding culture is impossible without understanding the role of language as a form of cultural self-expression and means of its forming.
