Когнітивні складники топонімів в українських народних думах

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано асоціативне поле топонімів у свідомості носіїв української мови, визначено особливостей їх функціонування в українських народних думах та з’ясовано їх художньо-естетичну скерованість. Доведено, що топоніми у свідомості наших пращурів та сучасників мають частково споріднене значення, що свідчить про те, що образне осмислення нашими предками реальної конкретики природного довкілля, життя і героїки органічно ввійшло в лінгвоментальність їхніх нащадків. The article analyzes the associative field of toponyms in the minds of Ukrainian speakers, identifies the peculiarities of their functioning in Ukrainian folk dumas and clarifies their artistic and aesthetic orientation. It is proved that toponyms in the minds of our ancestors and contemporaries have a partially related meaning, which indicates that the figurative understanding of our ancestors of the natural environment’s real specifics, life and heroism became an integral part of the linguomentality of their descendants.
