The article deals with a problem of application of remedial gymnastics in complex physical rehabilitation for hypotension in policlinics. The hypotension is a disease, which is characterized by the dysfunction of functional state and regulatory function of cortical processes and changes in circulatory dynamics caused by them. That is why the task of every therapeutic intervention is normalization of disturbed functions. It refers to the method of therapeutic physical training. The results of clinical and physiological research study allow to think that remedial gymnastics is prescribed for each stage and form of hypotension. Hypotensive patients get treatment in different medical institutions: residential care premises, ambulant clinics and polyclinics, dispensaries and sanatorium-and-spa resorts depending on the state of health and stage of an illness. Therapeutic physical training as a treatment for hypotension in a polyclinic is prescribed according to three move schedules: sparing, sparing and training, training therapy. Active move schedule for hypoten sive patients includes the following stages of remedial gymnastics: morning hygienic gymnastics, remedial gymnastics, self-training, controlled walking, terrainkur and medical tourism, sport and outdoor games and physical exercises. Spe cial remedial exercises for hypotension are the following: muscle strengthening exercises, isometrics or static exercises, which are applied in two forms: maximum intensity – short-time (2-5 seconds) and minimum intensity – more longstanding; respiratory maneuvers, relaxation exercises, coordinative exercises, exercises with elements of vestibular training; static games, slow-moving and action-oriented games; moving exercises. The perspective of the further re search lies in the development of the complex program of physical rehabilitation for young women and its application in polyclinics and estimation of its efficiency. | uk |
