Диференційований підхід до навчання студентів в умовах різнорівневої підготовки фахівців фізичної культури під час вивчення дисципліни «Масаж»

Abstract

In the article the necessity of introduction of the modern approach is reflected in training of future physical culture specialists within the framework of multi-leveled training of specialists of the educational level of bachelor. This is sti pulated by presence of school graduates, and graduates of high schools and colleges of the educational level of junior specialist in the group. The study of the literature on multi-level training of physical culture specialists points to the need to develop and implement a differentiated approach to the learning process of students with different initial prepa redness. Differentiation of learning content has certain characteristics. It helps students to deepen into the content of specific professional disciplines that are crucial in shaping a future professional and involves adapting the content, tech niques, methods and forms of work to the individual characteristics of students, deepens the level of research and learn ing. As exemplified in teaching discipline «Massage» the carried out research is described with the purpose of exposure of efficiency of the differentiated teaching in the conditions of heterogeneity of academic groups with the different level of initial preparedness. The methods of differentiation of educational process are exposed by dividing of heterogeneous groups into two homogeneous sub-groups with the different level of initial preparedness. One of them consisted of no vices, and another one from junior specialists, entering the academy on the second year of studying. The results of the experiment showed that compliance of differentiated approach with the educational process while learning discipline "Massage" significantly increased the willingness of future specialists of physical training for professional activity and contributed to the development and awareness of their professional growth. Висвітлено необхідність впровадження сучасних підходів до навчання майбутніх фахівців фізичної куль тури в межах різнорівневої підготовки фахівців освітнього рівня «Бакалавр». Запропоновано дослідити ефек тивність диференційованого навчання в умовах гетерогенності академічних груп з різним рівнем початкової готовності на прикладі викладання дисципліни «Масаж». Проаналізовано результати запропонованого на вчання зі сформованості професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців.
