Abstract

У статті робиться спроба систематизації матеріалів про види комунікацій, представлених російськими та зарубіжними вченими, що вивчали проблему комунікацій; представлено, види ділового спілкування, культуру ділового спілкування, представлені методики по виявлення комунікативних здібностей особистості, а також методика по формуванню і розвитку комунікаційних здібностей, показані перспективи подальших розвідок у цьому напрямі. The article attempts to systematize the materials on the types of communications presented by Russian and foreign scientists who have studied the problem of communications; the types of business communication, the culture of business communication are presented, the methods for revealing the communicative abilities of the individual are presented, as well as the methods for the formation and development of communication abilities, the prospects of further explorations in this direction are shown.
