Теоретичні засади формування культури здоров’я студентської молоді

Abstract

Досліджено теоретичні засади формування культури здоров’я студентської молоді. Визначені складові культури здоров’я, які необхідно сформувати в майбутніх фахівців: гуманістичні ціннісні орієнтації та ідеали; знання духовного, психічного та фізичного аспектів здоров’я людини; володіння оздоровчими технологіями для формування, збереження й зміцнення свого здоров’я та здоров’я майбутніх вихованців. Результати дослідження можуть бути впроваджені в навчально-виховний процес ВНЗ. Theoretical bases of formation of culture of health of student's youth are investigated. The components of health culture that need to be formed in future professionals are identified: humanistic values and ideals; knowledge of the spiritual, mental and physical aspects of human health; possession of health technologies to form, maintain and strengthen their health and the health of future pets. The results of the study can be implemented in the educational process of the university.
