Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до впровадження цифрових технологій в управлінську діяльність закладів освіти, зокрема використання електронного документообігу, хмарних сервісів, систем управління освітнім процесом, аналітичних платформ та інструментів цифрової комунікації. Обґрунтовано значення цифрових сервісів для оптимізації процесів планування, моніторингу, прийняття управлінських рішень і забезпечення прозорості діяльності закладу освіти. Особливу увагу приділено взаємодії науки і бізнесу як важливому чиннику цифрової трансформації освітньої сфери. Висвітлено можливості використання інноваційних розробок, технологій штучного інтелекту, великих даних, освітніх платформ та спільних проєктів із бізнес-партнерами для вдосконалення управлінських практик і підготовки конкурентоспроможних фахівців. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності розвитку цифрової компетентності керівників і педагогічних працівників, а також створення цифрової екосистеми, що забезпечує ефективну співпрацю між освітою, наукою та бізнесом. This paper examines the digitization of management processes in educational institutions as a strategic direction for improving management efficiency, ensuring the quality of educational services, and developing an innovative educational environment. The paper analyzes contemporary approaches to the implementation of digital technologies in the management of educational institutions, specifically the use of electronic document management, cloud services, educational process management systems, analytical platforms, and digital communication tools. The importance of digital services for optimizing planning, monitoring, and management decision-making processes, as well as ensuring the transparency of an educational institution’s activities, is substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the interaction between science and business as a key factor in the digital transformation of the education sector. The article highlights the potential of using innovative developments, artificial intelligence technologies, big data, educational platforms, and joint projects with business partners to improve management practices and train competitive professionals. Emphasis is placed on the need to develop the digital competence of administrators and faculty, as well as to create a digital ecosystem that ensures effective collaboration between education, science, and business. This paper examines the transformation of an educational institution’s digital ecosystem in the context of the interaction between science and business as a key direction for modernizing educational and scientific activities in the digital economy. The paper analyzes the essence of an educational institution’s digital ecosystem as an integrated environment that combines digital technologies, educational resources, scientific platforms, communication networks, and knowledge management tools. The importance of partnerships between educational institutions, research organizations, and business entities for the development of innovative activities, the commercialization of research results, the improvement of the quality of professional training for specialists, and the fostering of an entrepreneurial culture is substantiated. The article emphasizes the role of digital platforms, cloud services, artificial intelligence technologies, big data, and collaboration tools in ensuring effective interaction between science and business. This paper examines the digital communication ecosystem of a higher education institution in the context of wartime challenges as a vital tool for ensuring the continuity of the educational process, effective management, and fostering collaboration among all participants in educational activities. The article analyzes the essence of the digital communication ecosystem as an integrated environment that combines digital platforms, information resources, learning management systems, social networks, and online communication tools. The importance of digital technologies for prompt information sharing, coordination of actions, organization of distance and blended learning, and support for the psychological resilience of students and higher education institution staff is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the need to ensure digital security, personal data protection, information resilience, and countering disinformation during martial law. The role of strategic communications, digital leadership, and the development of digital competence among participants in the educational process in shaping an effective communication policy for the educational institution is highlighted. Проаналізовано особливості функціонування соціальних мереж як каналів комунікації, поширення інформації та формування суспільної думки. Висвітлено можливості соціальних мереж щодо забезпечення оперативного обміну інформацією, розвитку громадянської активності, освітньої взаємодії, професійної комунікації та соціальної мобілізації. Водночас визначено основні ризики їх використання, серед яких поширення дезінформації, маніпулятивних повідомлень, інформаційно-психологічних операцій, кібербулінгу, формування інформаційних «бульбашок» та залежності від цифрового контенту. Обґрунтовано необхідність розвитку медіаграмотності, критичного мислення, цифрової культури та навичок інформаційної безпеки як важливих засобів протидії негативним інформаційно-психологічним впливам. Акцентовано увагу на ролі закладів освіти у формуванні відповідального ставлення до споживання та поширення інформації в соціальних мережах. Зроблено висновок, що соціальні мережі є важливим інструментом сучасної комунікації, ефективність і безпечність використання якого значною мірою залежать від рівня цифрової компетентності та медіаграмотності користувачів. This study examines social media as a powerful tool for informational and psychological influence in the context of society’s digitalization and the development of the global media landscape. It analyzes the characteristics of social media as channels for communication, the dissemination of information, and the formation of public opinion. The study highlights the potential of social media to facilitate the rapid exchange of information, foster civic engagement, promote educational interaction, support professional communication, and drive social mobilization. At the same time, the main risks associated with their use are identified, including the spread of disinformation, manipulative messages, information and psychological operations, cyberbullying, the formation of information “bubbles,” and dependence on digital content. The paper justifies the need to develop media literacy, critical thinking, digital culture, and information security skills as important means of countering negative information and psychological influences. It emphasizes the role of educational institutions in fostering a responsible attitude toward the consumption and dissemination of information on social media. It is concluded that social media is an important tool of modern communication, the effectiveness and safety of which depend to a large extent on users’ level of digital competence and media literacy.
