The impact of the crash on education has been enormous, leading to the closure of more than 94 per cent of schools and institutions, and some countries have had to adjust their education policies to cope with the impact of the outbreak on education. As a result, Ukraine's education policy has also changed during the outbreak, most importantly, Ukrainian has become the only official language in Ukraine, and the corresponding industries have changed. This paper mainly analyzes the impact of the epidemic on education and other fields, resulting in educational bias, foreign language education, especially the path of Chinese teaching, development and positioning of thinking. As this is new for beginner-level Chinese learners and there have not been developed any learning methods and strategies in this concern, teachers feel a lack of them as well as need more suitable teaching methods and strategies for online courses. The interactive teaching model emphasises interaction between students and students, between students and the class platform, as well as between students and teachers. The interactive teaching mode has advantages such as rich types of interaction and the ability to motivate students on the basis of fully motivating role of the teacher, which is important for online courses in elementary Chinese. Since 2020, due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the teaching of Chinese at the Private Educational Complex “Erudit” (Odesa) has changed from offline to online courses, which has had a very significant impact on the teaching of Chinese at the school. The overall Chinese proficiency level of the schoolchildren is not high, and even those who have been studying Chinese for a year have not yet fully mastered Hanyu Pinyin. This has made it necessary to update the Chinese teaching model and teaching methods at the Private Educational Complex “Erudit”. Через вплив епідемії COVID-19 викладання китайської мови в школі перейшли від офлайн-курсів до он-лайн веб-викладання. Оскільки це нове для тих, хто вивчає китайську на початковому рівні, і не було розроблено жодного навчання методів і стратегій у цьому питанні, вчителі відчувають ці недоліки у викладанні, а також потребу більш відповідних методах навчання для онлайн-курсів. Інтерактивна модель навчання акцентує увагу між учнями та вчителями.
