Проаналізовано можливості впровадження цифрових технологій у діяльність приватних закладів дошкільної освіти, зокрема використання електронного документообігу, цифрових платформ управління, хмарних сервісів, систем комунікації з батьками, автоматизації фінансових процесів та аналітики управлінських даних. Обґрунтовано позитивний вплив цифрової трансформації на оптимізацію витрат, підвищення конкурентоспроможності закладу, ефективність використання ресурсів, якість управлінських рішень і розвиток інноваційних освітніх послуг. Водночас висвітлено основні ризики для економічної безпеки, пов’язані з кіберзагрозами, витоком конфіденційної інформації, залежністю від цифрової інфраструктури, фінансовими ризиками впровадження нових технологій та недостатнім рівнем цифрової компетентності персоналу. This paper examines the digital transformation of private preschool education institutions as a strategic factor in improving management efficiency, the quality of educational services, and ensuring economic security in the context of a digitalizing society. The paper analyzes the possibilities for implementing digital technologies in the operations of private preschool education institutions, specifically the use of electronic document management, digital management platforms, cloud services, parent communication systems, financial process automation, and management dat analytics. The positive impact of digital transformation on cost optimization, enhancing the institution’s competitiveness, the efficient use of resources, the quality of management decisions, and the development of innovative educational services is substantiated. At the same time, the study highlights the main risks to economic security associated with cyber threats, leaks of confidential information, dependence on digital infrastructure, financial risks of implementing new technologies, and insufficient digital competence among staff.
