Abstract: В процессе изучения интересов лиц в возрасте 50–60 лет, занимающихся в группах оздоровительного плавания, выявлены различия в целях приобщении их к занятиям, что позволило разделить группы на типы. Разделение групп на типы дает возможность лучше учитывать интересы и потребности занимающихся, способствует повышению их активности, делает занятия оздоровительным плаванием более эффективным. В исследовании использованы данные опроса, анкетирования, педагогического наблюдения за 125 лицами в возрасте 50–60 лет. The article deals with the issue of recreation swimming, which provides health improvement of 50-60 years old
people. The relevance of the given topic is explained by the tendency of ageing of population in the developed world as
well as in Ukraine. According to many specialists, the problem of active life prolongation can be solved with help of
wide usage of recreation physical culture, including regular therapeutic swimming. In the investigation the data obtained with help of questionnaire, survey and pedagogical supervision (observation) of one hundred and twenty five
individuals at the age of fifty-sixty years are used. The leading motive of 50-60 years old people’s choice of recreation
swimming is the desire to improve their health, to improve their physical fitness and working capacity, to master technical peculiarities of this kind of sport, to join in active lifestyle, to find an opportunity of communication with others
etc. In the process of learning interests and motives of 50-60 years old people, who are engaged in recreation swimming, some differences in bringing them into sport lessons are revealed, which allowed dividing these groups into several types. Separating groups of recreation swimming into some types will help to consider and to take into account
interests and requirements of all course participants, as well as maximize their physical activity, promote the efficiency
of recreation swimming lessons. The impact of recreation swimming on 50-60 years old men’s and women’s body gives

Abstract: Обґрунтовано структуру і зміст багаторічної підготовки в ДЮСШ з міні-футболу на основі диференці йованого підходу до формування рухових навичок дівчат 11-14 років. Спроектовано та реалізовано комплексну
функціонально-діагностичну програму навчально-тренувального процесу з міні-футболу. Доведено ефектив ність впровадження розробленої програми навчально-тренувального процесу з міні-футболу за групами крите ріальних показників (гносеологічні, психологічні, антропометрично-функціональні, рухові (моторні), технічні,
тактичні) та логічними рівнями (низький, середній, достатній і високий) сформованості.
The article deals with a theoretical substantiation, practical development, experimental proof and application of the
teaching methods of 11-14 years old schoolgirls to play mini-soccer. The experimental proof of the proposed complex
functional and diagnostic program of training process was performed in two stages. The first stage (the initial prepara tion) of the experiment was aimed at diagnosing the levels of maturity (formedness) of the criteria indicators of move
skills and correspondence of their dynamics to the main goal of this stage; revealing the intermediate maturity level of
theoretical knowledge, anthropometrical and functional body characteristics, development of the move skills and psych ical processes of the surveyed, indicators of tactical and technical preparedness of 11-14 years old girls. The second
stage (training stage) of the experiment was aimed at determining the level of move skills maturity according to episte mological, technical, tactical, anthropometrical and functional, psychological and move criteria. This diagnostics was
performed with a glance to differential factors – gender, age, individually-typological, differentiation according to the
temps of biological development, to the dominant somatotype, psychological parameters, to the level of move features
development. The structure and contents of long-term training at sport schools in mini-soccer on the basis of the diffe rentiated approach to the forming of 11-14 years old girls’ move skills are substantiated. Besides, a complex functional
and diagnostic program of training process in mini-soccer is developed and put into practice. The effectiveness of the
application of the developed program of the training in mini-soccer according to groups of criteria indicators (epistemo logical, psychological, anthropometrically functional, motor, technical, tactical) and logic levels (low, intermediate,
sufficient and high) of maturity (formedness) is proved. The proposed complex functional and diagnostic program of

Abstract: У роботі розглянуто питання фізичного виховання студентів, хворих на ожиріння, які займаються у спеціальних медичних групах ВНЗ. На основі проведеного аналізу теоретичного надбання з означеного напрямку
виокремлено групу проблемних питань, вирішення яких створить передумови для забезпечення покращення
стану здоров’я таких студентів під час перебування у ВНЗ. Nowadays obesity among students of higher educational institutions is an extremely important and relevant medico-social problem in Ukraine. According to a number of scientific statistical investigations, within recent years a serious
increase of obesity cases is noted: about 30 per cent of students of special medical groups have problems with overweight that is not only a problems but also a threat to the future generation. Modern conditions of studying in the higher
educational institution are associated with a high level of intellectual and emotional stress and are accompanied by the
lack of physical activity that causes the progression of the existing disease and ill health. According to the carried out
investigations, 90 per cent of students ill with obesity have an overweight because their organism has insufficient mus cle loading (physical activity) and at the same time obtains too much energy. In the higher educational environment
application of physical exercises as a method of providing rational and proper physical activity of students ill with obesity is getting more and more relevant, because opportunities of their usage for the correction of developmental physical
disorders are really powerful. That is why the issue of physical training of obese students who are engaged in special
medical groups makes the direction of this study extremely relevant. The carried out analysis of theoretical literature
about issues of physical training of obese students in higher educational establishments allowed determining a number
of problems that have to be solves to increase its efficiency. The complex approach to the issues in the area of physical

Abstract: В статье проанализированы параметры свода стопы учащейся молодежи в процессе многолетней тренировки. В первый период тренировок (от 1 до 3лет) наблюдается ослабление связочно-мышечного аппарата стопы, так
как при нагрузочном режиме 100% от массы собственного тела, свод стопы у половины обследованных студентов
характеризуется качественной оценкой «уплощенная стопа». В последующий (от 4 до 6 лет) период тренировок
отмечается адаптация свода стопы к физической нагрузке, а третий период (свыше 6 лет) тренировок у 75% обследованных студенток характеризуется статическими деформациями свода стопы до ярко выраженного плоскостопия, а у юношей отмечается толерантность связочно-мышечного аппарата стопы к физическим нагрузкам, не
отмечен переход свода стопы в зону «плоская стопа» в нагрузочном режиме. The article analyzes morpho-physiological parameters of the arch of the foot of students in the process of longterm training. The duration of the training period influences the level of changes of the arch of the foot. In the first years
of training some adaptation of muscular apparatus of a foot to physical activity takes place. However, the period of
training for more than 6 years can lead to various kinds of changes in the foot arch towards static deformation of the
arch of the foot and compensatory-adaptive to the specific physical load regimes. The students noted deterioration of
the arches of the foot in the load conditions, because the indicator "normal foot arch" is defined only for 25% of surveyed women, the other fall under the "risk group", where static deformation of the arch of the foot was detected, not
only in the direction of "pre - and flattening", but also to florid flat feet among 8.3% of surveyed. Students had tolerance
of the muscular apparatus of foots to physical exercises, because even under the conditions of 100% of body weight the
normal foot arch was defined for 40% of the surveyed athletes, the other sportsmen were characterized by "pre - and
flattened". Flat arch of the foot of students of this group was not detected, that is why these changes can be characterized as compensatory-adaptive to this physical load mode of athletic training.2014-01-01T00:00:00Z
