Abstract: This study is dedicated to analyzing the influence of project-based activities on the development of an innovative thinking style among future designers. The theoretical foundations of developing creative thinking in students and the application of modern educational technologies in the professional training of designers are analyzed. The significance of interactive methods and interdisciplinary approaches for creatively solving problems is revealed. The feasibility of using experimental methods to assess students' level of creativity is substantiated. Abstract: The scientific study considers the case method as an effective tool in teaching design disciplines, which contributes to the development of students' creative potential. The theoretical foundations of creativity and its importance in the professional training of future designers are analyzed. The features of using the case method in the educational process, its impact on the formation of analytical thinking skills, creative approach and innovative activity are revealed. The feasibility of integrating the case method with interdisciplinary and project-based learning to increase the efficiency of the educational process is substantiated.
